I had my first OB appt for this baby last night. I went in thinking that I was going to get to hear the heartbeat, which I'm not sure why I thought they could use a doppler at 8 weeks. They said they won't be able to do it and I was very upset obviously. But they rolled in their on hand ultrasound machine and I got to see little baby on the machine! And we were able to see the little flickering heartbeat! I was so relieved. Now I have to schedule my 12 week scan! She said my dates look exact too, so I'm almost 9 weeks! Yay!
