first cycle off tcc after laproscopy for endo help please

OK ladies so I just had my seond lap done for endometriosis and had my tubes flushed also. I had one done in 2008 also but that was for pain not for trying to get pregnant. anyways had it done on aug 10 and on sept 2nd I got my first positive opk did the baby dance and it hurt so bad very uncommon as sex for the 1st time after surgery didnt hurt. temps went up to 98.1 so i know i ovulated on 9-10 dpo my temp dropped and started spotting very light only when i wipe not any in my panty liner today at 11 dpo my temp was 97.7 my coverline is 97.2 which is what it dropped down to a few days ago my question is do you think I'm out for the month or think this light pink spotting could be implantation bleeding never experienced it with my first child still having some light spotting lightish pink mixed with cm only don't know if its af or implantation bleeding. been having some light cramps not bad, sore breasts, tired, however these are all af symptoms as well anyone would care to give any opinions or thoughts how your first period was after laproscopy would be great thanks
