First doc appointment after a misscarriage???

i finally went to my doctor appointment. i had a miscarriage back in september and im here again. after telling him that information he told me to take it easy and to not lift anything heavy. i didnt even think of asking until i left but does anyone know what not lifting heavy means? like how many pounds is fine?
