First Movement?

When did everyone feel there baby first move, like a definate kick?

I am sure i have felt it moving around, which is really weird feeling, but nothing definate, could just be gas or something! and i have felt like a tapping that when on for ages.

I felt my first definate kicks at 19 weeks. I felt wiggles a bit earlier but like you, was never sure if it was baby or gas.

That's what all the first movements felt like for me, just gas, except nothing would ever come of it, so i knew it had to be the baby. Just in the past few weeks has it started to feel like definite kicking.

I know, its actually quite scary, amazing but all the same scary to have something moving around inside you that you can't control!

i have felt like something is moving around and little tappings but its over just as quick as i have noticed it! I want it to give me a right good kicking so i know its was definately him/her! lol

I was like, 17wks at the first bubbly-popping movement, then nothing for a week or so. Now she's pretty much on a schedule

I felt my first kick November 4th.. not sure how far along I was..

Tinytoes, they put me forward at my 12 week scan by 4 days!

With my first I was getting weird sensations such as fluttering and bubbling from around 16 weeks but didn't get any prounounced movement until I was 19 weeks.
Its weird isn't it at this stage? you have to concentrate really hard to try to distinguish gas and other digestive goings on from what might be the baby....and you are never SURE that its the baby.
By 20 weeks you will KNOW its baby, you will be getting very definite little kicks and punches.

I felt proper pocks as I called them then around 20 weeks I felt flutters and popping before that . Now I feel kicks, pocks, wiggles its a weird feeling but I love it .

Just be prepared for eveyone to pronounce it wrong! lol

Yer I would pronounce it that way as well but just spell it with a C as my Oh wanted a name begining with a C so I thought Cyran I love that name or we are having Cylan pronounced Kye-Lan

i had the bubble pooping feeling around 16weeks and proper kicks at 19th I still dont feel them often but my is apparently sitting quite far back in my uterus and i think he is lazy xx but thats men for u

I felt my first movement at your stage. I was sitting on the sofa after breakfast, and my first cup of tea in ages. It felt like someone tickled me in a straight line, low down. I had never felt anything like it. After that I didn't feel anything for weeks. Now I am getting kicked daily, and I LOVE IT!!!

Could it be possible that the baby was kicking me near the ribs at my stage???? Last night during the night i kept getting a sharp jab to my ribs on the left, was actually really uncomfortable! and i kept turning from side to side to try and stop it, but it would only stop when i laid on my back? Baby you think or just the usual pregnancy aches and pains?
