First period after mmc & tampons

Hi ladies

I've just got my first af after my mmc in Jan (well I hope it's a period! )

Question is, can I use tampons? I hate wearing towels while I'm out and about at work.

You should be fine to use tampons. The only reason they don't want you using them right after a mc or d&c is to prevent infection since they can't hold the thick tissue/clots.

first af after my miscarriage I went straight to using tampons again and had no issues. I did have to change more often as I noticed that I bled a bit heavier than usual, but had no clots, so everything was fine
