First Period After Section

I was just wondering what your experience was of your first period after a c-section? Mine started on Monday and has been really heavy yesterday and today and quite painful too.

Is this normal?

I haven't had the pleasure yet this time around, but after my daughter was born (by section) my first few periods were horrendous. So heavy and painful. But they went back to normal after a few months.

Mine was horrendous, I thought I was hemorrhaging it was so bad.. but it's improved recently thank goodness after 7 months lol

mine was really heavy with big clots and they are so irregular aswell
