Hello!

I've been NTNP and then TTC for a total of about 3-3.5 years. My cycles range from 20-85 days and I am in my early 20's. I just started my first chart this month and although my cycle isnt quite finished, I am at CD 36 and the expected start of my period. I wanted to share my temps with you because I would like some help pinpointing what could be wrong or if I ovulated. My average temp in my cycle is about 96.8, but lately I've been above 97 degrees, which looks unusual for me, even though it isn't very consistant.

It looks like you may have ovulated on CD 30, judging from how your temps started to increase. Personally I would recommend fertilityfriend for tracking, it'll give you nice little crosshairs and leave (most of) the guesswork out. GL!

If your temps stay up, I would guess you may have ovulated yesterday. The 27th is your highest temp, which would put your cover line at 97.3 degrees. If your temp stays higher than 97.3 for 3+ days, that is a good sign of ovulation. Hope that helps a bit. abennion's suggestion is a good one. Fertility Friend puts the coverline in there for you.

Hi there! Thanks for the replies. I use Kindara and Fertility Friend and I haven't had a crosshair for FF yet. My temp was 97.8 this morning, so my highest yet!

Just put in today's temp in Fertility Friend and it gave me a coverline and ovulation day of CD 34. I think Kindara needs like 6 temps higher than coverline to predict an ovulation day.

CD 34, incidentally, is the day I started having slightly sore breasts and cramps (which were both very subtle and I am not feeling anymore). So maybe I finally ovulated? :)

Looks like you did! The hormone changes can definitely give you those symptoms. I would count it as ovulation.

It's dotted crosshairs so FF is not entirely sure that's when you O'd. It could have been as early as cd26, based on the rocky but gradual rise you've had since then. If you track your CM and do opk's it will give the app more data to use to estimate O date. Especially when your temps are rocky, it's good to have more than just bbt to go on! Good luck!
