First time momma--registry help?

Hello all!
So, I am seeking advice! I need help when it comes to making my registry! I am only 10 weeks, but my mom and younger sister and SO EXCITED and in our area, we need to book venues early.

What the heck should I put on my registry ? I'm talking the essential items....what kind of feeding seats? What kind of bathtubs? What kind of nipples are good right now?! This is all new to me!
