First time posting - Ovulation question

Kate, do you know of anybody that has had success from using ovulation kits? Or does anybody have success stories for that matter....

I had a friend recommend them and she tried for a baby for 3 yrs and eventually used some type of artificial insemination.

well that is not promising.

hairftsher I am totally a worry wart with anything and everything. LOL!! We want two kids and I wanted to be pregnant the first time we tried. I'm also NOT patient either!!

I think her Dr might have recommended them. I will have to ask. I'm sure you have to use it just right or it won't catch your surge like a reply here said. I will just see what happens!

I used the smiley or circle option. No blinking smiley. I tested first thing in the morning as it said don't urinate for at least 4 hrs beforehand.

Concentrated urine is good. I read somewhere that LH usually peaks between like 10am and 8pm, so it's betfer to test in the afternoon/early evening? I am not sure though.

Some ovulation tests want you to test in the morning, others twice a day and then there's some that want you to test in the afternoon. Read the instructions and follow them according to what test you buy.
