hi guys TTC #2 for 10 months, nothing happening! :nope:

always thought i knew when i was ovulating (OPK and CM) but because it hasn't happened yet i'm doubting myself. so going to start charting my BBT, as i've been reading on threads it can help you suss if you are actually ovulating and after a few months of charting really help pinpoint OV more accurately.

not done it before so any advice greatly appreciated. how do people chart etc? i have a digital body thermometer is this the same thing as a basal thermometer?

:hugs: thanks and cuddles to all xxx

i got my bbt thermometre from ebay it was only a couple of pound.

i use fertility friend to track my cycles and i temp vaginally as im a mouth breather when i sleep so my temps were eratic.

Basal vs digital... Basal is more accurate as it records to the nearest hundredth, digital is only to the tenth...
Ovulation can be confirmed by 3 days of rising temperatures of at least .2 degrees up to 1 degree.
Temp at the same time every morning before moving. I also use fertilityfriend to track my cycles, take a look if you'd like!
Good luck :)
