Has anyone got fit flops or know someone who has?

Was just wondering if they are any good?

I don't know if they're any good for tightening up your body, I don't wear them enough, but they're really comfy.

I wore them.. They r comfy..i didnt wear them enough to notice anythin regardin tonin up.

My sil had them and wore them 24/7 she had toned calves!! Lol
