Can anyone recommend me any fitness/healthy eating apps?
 
The Lose it! App. It helps you keep track of what you eat, how much you eat, any exercises you do, etc. I love it.
 
myfitnesspal is fantastic. I have lost 11lb in the last month using it
 
I love my fitness pal. Really easy to do. can scan food and it automatically inputs the calories fat ect.
