Flex working requests, how many

When I returned to work in August I applied to do 3,5 days but soon realised. Wanted to do 3.

So I've been dong 3 on trial basis. The trial has ended and employer wants me to do 3.5 days.

Unfair on basis others do 3 days, same job etc.

My q is, when I make another flex working request to apply to do 3 days. Is it one application per year ?

I believe its every 6 months.

Maybe it depends on employer/company as I where I work we can only put in one per year

We can only put in one every 18 months!
