flowers nightmare!

well our colour theme for the wedding is aubergine, i told the florist this and after weeks of waiting for him to get flowers for a mock up he pulled out ...... RUBY RED flowers looking all pleased with himself, I told him noooooooooooo they are RED not purple, so he was like 'purple???' so i said yes, aubergine ...... deep deep purple to which he replied 'oh i thought it was dark red/brown (which even still is nowhere near ruby bloody red!)

so now we are back a week on saturday to see what he can find in the correct colour
