Flu :-(( help

Absolutely smothered with flu, head feels like it is going to leave my shoulders, zero energy, sore throat & generally feeling like crap

Paracetamol not helping at all is there anything else anyone could recommend

You poor thing xx I'd try hot honey & lemon and some oilbas oil on a tissue. Maybe a steamy bath. Try and stay propped up at night so lots of pillows. I like hot Ribena too xx

According to my doctors when I had the flu in my first trimester the only thing I was allowed to take was Tylonol and the Zofran they gave me for the vomiting and upset stomach. They say this because right now is when the baby is doing the most development is what they told me. Hope this helps and feel better quickly!
