Fmu opk?

Almost everything that I have read says don't use fmu for opk but the instructions on my opk's say to use fmu. Now I am confused! Anyone else use fmu for theirs?

Clear blue advanced is fmu but cheapy ones & others say not to use fmu depends which ones you are using.

I am so glad I read this! I have the clear blue smiley digital. It said FMU or hold it for 4 hours. I have been doing my best to hold it but I have a small bladder and that is so hard for me. Good to have confirmation I can use fmu.

Most people will get a surge in the late afternoon. I personally have caught a surge in the morning, so I test in the am and evening. It doesn't make a difference for me, but does for some people.
