FOB has pics of my baby on his fb.
Yet hes never seen my baby since he was like 3 weeks old (and it was one of about 3 times that he ever even seen him.) Baby is 1 year old in two weeks.

I feel that he has no right to have pics of my son on his facebook page!
He doesnt see him and even tells people that he isnt his son.

Is there a way that I can have FB remove them?!
Ive reported them but nothings happened :/

Hmmm if you've reported them then facebook should remove them.. how long since u reported? does take awhile. I had FOB steal pics of my little girl off my sisters facebook/my display pic and put them as his display pic and I reported it & facebook removed them.

hi i bet you fuming i would too!i agree with lady above but what i would do as well is post picture comment saying how you feeling on the subject plus like:do you even know when his birthday is or what is his favorite book or meal?u dont because you bother to see him almost a year ago.

i know everybody's different but i would do that.

I don't think starting a Facebook throw down is a good idea in any situation. Report them again and again if you have to, and let him know you don't want them there. Otherwise there's nothing you can do.

nothin much u can do :(
u put them on the net and just goes to show people can get hold of them still

The ones he got arent even ones I have >_< I have him blocked etc so he cant see anything of mine anyway :/

Ive reported him several times and got friends / family to aswell yet still nothings been done!

Makes me so mad tbh.

I understand he's completely uninvolved/crappy dad but it's not against the law for him to post pictures of his son.

How has he got photos onto facebook if you don't have copies of them online? From a legal point of view if you took the photographs then all rights are reserved to you as the photographer. He can take the photos and edit them, even just slightly, even if its only cropping it and then he then owns the copyright.
I would be more inclined to find out who has been giving him the photos to begin with and work back from there.

My best friend has 1 single pic of Ollie on her whole fb. And thats the one hes taken. She didnt have her profile set to private but she does now and shes blocked him.
But its too late because he already has it!

What pisses me off most though is he only pretends to everyone that hes interested in oliver when his new missus has fooked him off again and then hes all like wahh im a single dad who doesnt see his son, no one wants me blah blah blah.

If he actually made an effort with his son then I wouldnt mind, but he doesnt. Hes not interested, just pretends to be. So it really annoys me!

/rant sorry haha!

I know the feeling there, Sperm Donour is doing the same thing. I just ignore his existence, and block him on FB. No need to make yourself angry for a low life that your baby boy will never even care about.

aww know the feeling,
fobs mum stole pics of my son off my sisters un private profile then put them on her profile and her sons after having the cheek to message me a few days before saying she wants to cut ties with my son

nothing i could do but obv now i am very careful about who takes pics of my son and who can see them

My ex did this.

I was fuming I reported the pics and I then hacked his FB and removed them :smug:

Block him, lock down all your pics and only let people who you trust not to let him see them see your pics.
