FOB is such a jerk!

Havent been on ina while but knew I could come let off some steam here!
So FOB has ignored me since dec so I was still pregnant I contacted him in Feb & April & again in May letting him know of my pregnancy complications and then the arrival of my daughter, he never responded to any of those messages.


my baby is 6 weeks old today and I wrote him on FB saying if you dont start coming around for our daughters sake i will be filing for child support, I thought maybe it would be an eye-opener for him.
but he replies first time since dec to say
"goodluck"

OMG!! that makes me sooo mad, why would he just say goodluck like he is sooo invinciable.. how could he be so selfish?
mind you he is only 19, will be 20 soon but age doesnt matter he still immature it makes me so mad!
it only gets to me when im up sooo tired with my baby while hes losing no sleep, has no worries whatsoever and obviously just doesnt care.

my mom says not to let it get to me, but how can i not? that is suppose to be her father, guess hes nothing but a sperm donor

any advice or anything?
i will be filing for child support very soon!!

just ignore him and dont contact him, hes obviously not worth the bother.
i know it will make you mad but dont think about it, you have bigger and better things to be thinking about just now.
concentrate on your lo and keep your chin up.
i would apply for child maintenance as soon as you can and just leave it at that.
just remember- its his loss.
if hes not interested then thats his problem and he'll need to live with that

Its horrible isn't it how they just don't seem to care

I've had such a bad time with Lolas sleeping and I went through a phase of being really annoyed that he didn't have to deal with it. But it doesn't bother me anymore - I'm the one that gets the big gummy grin every morning, that makes it all worth while

Definitely get your child support sorted!!

And congratulations on your little girl she is beautiful xx

Don't bother contacting him except via lawyer or the State. Screw him and enjoy your baby!

Yeah like the others said, ignore him and focus on you and your little girl.
Years down the line he will realise what he has done, and only have himself to blame.

thanks ladies for the advice
ill try my best to forget he even exsist
he blocked me from being able to contact him on facebook & myspace & everytime i get a number for him he changes it,
so this should be easy, it just sucks sometimes.
but i do love my baby girl, she is the best thing for me!
