FOB not declaring wages to the tax?

Hi just wondered if anyone else had been in the position of fob working cash in hand and therefore claiming to not be working and not needing to pay anything for LO according to the CSA?

FOB isn't apparently working, he isn't on ANY benefits and he's staying in a shared flat with his friend, out drinking every weekend with apparently no money? There's something dodgy going on especially since my friend seen his flat mate posting on Facebook about fob being out at work.

This is irritating me to death! Has anyone been in this situation before? CSA are looking into his working situation again at the moment but if it still comes back that he's not working I have no idea what I will do.

Just wondered if anyone had any idea. Thanks in advance!

Can you get a print screen of the work thing from Facebook? X

Every time you see something that points towards him working or earning money on fb, get a screen print and print it so you can give the CSA the evidence you have. That way they have something to go on and can investigate him properly.

I hadn't thought of that! The only thing being that its not his second name in it and with his first name only I guess they could maybe say he meant another person? Don't know how solid it would be as evidence

Even with evidence csa arent great at chasing with no proper income you are better reporting him using the evidence to inland revenue for tax evasion.
