FOB rant

It feels like my fob is stalking me..

He won't stop texting me, sometimes nice, but sometimes awful. He won't talk about LO unless he's slagging me off, the rest of the time he tries to act like my friend. I've stoppe replying but I still get ten a day

He's also been driving past my house very slowly all the time. I feel stalked

Can I go to the police for a restraining order without proof?

Maybe just give the police a call and tell them whats going on they can go too his house and tell him there is no resion for him too be in the area, I sadly had too do that with my parents and you can show them the text...Ect, Just a idea!

I would send a very factual text ( letter would be ten times better) stating that you have consulted with a solicitor on next steps to take to file a restraining order. Don't give your opinion of him or be accusatory just state that due to the increased volume of texts/ calls and driving by your house, you have no further option than to forward this matter onto your solicitor and the police. it's a bit like giving an employee a written warning, frightens the crap out of them ( usually) if he ignores this letter then log that and take it to the next stage. good luck xx

^^ I agree about sending a letter. I'd also keep a record of dates and times etc
