Brief run down- I've had 2 m/c's. Did testing, everything is normal. RE is having me get follicle scans and then doing Ovidrel at a specific date/time.
I went on Tuesday for a scan (Day 11), a few follicles at 8-9mm. I went back today (Day 15), a few at 11mm. Last cycle was similar, but my follicles were at least a bit bigger. Anyways, the nurse told me that I could be having some off cycles, I could've already ovulated, or my follicles aren't growing appropriately. I typically have cycles 30-31 days (although they were thrown off a bit after my m/c's). I am going to see the RE on August 2nd.
Has anyone had a similar issue or have any input? I don't know what the next step will be...possibly an FSH? How much are those treatments w/out insurance?
I'm scared and pissed at my body. Plus, this is getting very expensive. The money we have saved for me to stay home when we do have a baby is now being spent on these treatments. I wish insurance would cover something, but unfortunately it's all out of pocket.
Any experiences/info. is appreciated. Thanks.
