Follow on milk repeated

Hi, all im posting this here as i posted it in wrong place earlier, for those of you who put your baby onto follow on milk, did you notice a difference in the smell of your babies urine nappies, i put lo on sma follow on and hers is stronger, was sweet with the first formula, and is it normal.

Yup iv had the same experiance with the stronger smell my little boy has been on this for about 5 weeks now. Everything seems okay.

It must be normal then, i know the first formula sma is much sweeter than the follow on, so must just be the milk, thanks
