Follow on Milk??

Does Follow on Milk provide LO with a lot more vitamins and iron and things??

I ask because Lucas has a dodgy tummy when it comes to milk, the only one he can tolerate without being sick and having disgusting nappies is Aptamil hungry baby milk. Even Aptamil comfort and normal aptamil made him ill so I am reluctant to change his milk if not necessary, obviously I will do and risk upset stomach if it is better for him...
