i just want to get everything sorted oooouuuuttttt

I had two lots too....drinks LOTS of cranberry juice! It really helped for me!

I had 5 lots by the time i was 20 weeks, only one lot since!! Wooo hoo!

The key to avoiding them is to drink a glass of cranberry juice for breakfast, and then drink it throughout the day diluted with water, and make sure you drink a total of 3 litres of water a day - with or without cranberry juice. Caffinated and de-caffinated drinks also counteract the alkalinity in the cranberry juice, so make the pain worse and makes it easier for the bacteria to grow.

Also, you can buy a moose from lilets to clean down below with. Rub a bit on after everytime you use the loo and rinse of with water. It is a good habit to get into before you have baby, as they advise you to clean down there with water everytime you go to loo to help stitches etc heal and prevent infection.

well it was good news (i think) there was no infecton found this time but its bin sent off anyway and m doc said it might not be my kidney thats hurting it might just be that i need to do abit more excersise because of the muscles weakening but he says hes going to look into it just incase there is something wrong.
