hi lovely ladies

My little one is 1 month old and im white and his daddy is african. He was born with straight black white people hair (i cant spell caucasion) loool. My mum said he will lose this hair and get afro style hair. I was wandering if he will keep caucasion hair or will it turn out to be afro style.

What happened to your little ones hair?

my daughter was the same when born very straight... it fell out aroun 4months and is now a beautiful curly afro..

im los is mixed but his dad is asian his dad has very thick hair and wavy my lo has the same hair as me very thin light brown. x

my daughter's half asian, and her hair was curly like mine when born. I have light brown hair, but hers has turned out to be thick and straight-ish like her dad's, but is much lighter than his - a chestnut brown. So anything could happen is my guess!!!

Daisy's half brother and sister are mixed race, their mum is black British and their dad is white obviously. Neither have Afro hair, although they both have lovely thick hair!

My DD is mixed white/carribean she was also born with straight black hair, she kept this for ages! When se got to about 8 months she grew a tufty curl right in the middle of her head and from then til about the age of 18months it just sort of developed into curls. She's now 6 and has very tight afro hair

My Niece is mixed race (mum white, dad africa), she was born with super straight hair kinda like european then that fell out and she now has the biggest most amazing afro, her hair doesnt grow very quickly either but she is managing some bunches, shes 18mts. x

My Lo was born with lots of European like wavy hair (I am white British, dad black African). It all fell out and now she is growing tight afro curls, although these are not as wiry as afro hair...still soft but gets knotty and fuzzy. Can't wait for the 'fro!!. x

OMG!! Your daughters hair is the spit of my Son's!!! Is one of you white and the other mixed? Its the same colour and everything

my kids are both half asian, i have really dark hair and obviously OH hair is black (or would be if he didn't shave it off) yet my little girl has quite light curly hair and my little man has really fine but dark hair! x

it looks quite dark here but it has like golden highlights, very cute but i'm not sure where it comes from! x
