For those of you who use cartons...

When you go out, say for a whole day, how do you store the cartons? do you make up the bottles before you go out? are they sterile like that? xx

I take the small cartons out with me. Ruby usually drinks a whole 200ml one now but if she doesnt I just bin the leftovers.
I put the bottles together empty, they stay sterile for 6 hours at room temp according to the instructions with my Avent steriliser...

We used to take the cartons and use as and when needed. Bottles wise, we bought some already sterile bottles to use

Wilko's does sterlie bottles for out and about, I keep some in my change bag along with some cartons. What isn't used is simply thrown away x x x

same i just use them when i need them , if you put them in the bottle they the milk has to used within 2hrs

I take the bottles empty, and the cartons and add the milk when needed and throw the rest of the carton away, they are only 50p each so not wating that much. Also have a fisher price thermos flask to heat the bottle up.

oh my god... i make empty bottles up at night and leave them until she wakes 7pm until 4 am.. then make feed up fresh.. longer than 6 hours. I didnt know that.
How am i supposed to do night feed... ? grrrr.... i always get it wrong lol
