how do you guess/know when you are ovulating?

My cycle is usually 28 days on the dot so I just BD around 14 days after first day of AF XX

i used an online calendar and tried to BD through the most fertile period - most days - paying more attention towards the start of the period than the end. I think I might have even started a day early the months I got my bfp.

I'm the same as Charliepops I have a regular cycle so I know from mid cycle I should be O'ing. You should be able to tell from your cm if it's clear and strectchy aswel. I also get O'ing pains around that time it's like AF pain but not as intense around your ovary area. Hope this helps. x

I monitor my cm - if it is clear and stretchy or watery then I guess I am ovulating. I also get o pains which helps... and we bd at least every third day from cd9 to cd20 just in case, but if I think I am o-ing, then we bd more.

My consultant has told me to bonk every 3 days from the end of as any more and the quality of the sperm is not as good so we're going to try that this month. Takes pressure off a bit from cramming into the window which we guessed at last month. And hubby seems happier at prospect of regular bonking without the pressure, you know how pressure can sometimes effect them...hehe

yeh i pretty much know when i am, just wondered how other ladies did it.

i get very bloated,and get pains!not too sure if i even get EWCM

I didn't ever check my temp and I didn't always use OPK's but I just knew by my cramping and that I also got sore boobs just before ovulation.

Same as other's on here - track CM mainly. I also try to BD every other or 3rd day from end of AF to about CD18. Am gonna try OV sticks next cycle if no BFP ... x

Well I tried the ovulation predictor thing on baby center and even though me and oh got jiggy on "my most fertile" time, I didn’t concieve…ey and oh just been getting jiggy lots and lots throughout the month and hope for the best ha ha

First two times I got pregnant I think me and OH BD'd every day until I got a BFP

Third time we BD'd when I had EWCM and maybe every other day too.

This is the first time I'm using OPK's, monitors and other stuff ..

Does everyone get cramps when they are ovulating then? Ive had cramps for about 2 weeks!!! im now 3 days late! I thought it was due to too much bed action!

I normally get a pain which I am preety sure I am O. But I think i might get some opks and try them I have never used one before.
I was thinking of starting to do my temp soon too.

the month I got preg I got cramps from O. Normally I only get them a few days before AF

I normally only get them before my AF so i was surprised when i got them a few weeks back....i hope that does means i was ovulating!!!!

I have had bad cramping today and yesterday but on and off....the ones i had weeks ago wasnt as strong as the ones i normally get before AF

Thats what i have been having since saturday and i'm not due my af for about 10 days - weird - maybe its a good sign....do you have tender boobs as thats started already too which is very early in the month for me, normally a few days before af
