oky so for al ure BFP please help

im 4DPO ovulation today and this morning my stomach wouldnt stop talking to me it was like bubbling and making right noise for about 10-15mins and i didnt need the toilet or anything my stomach feels really bloated and i duno i feel cramping but nothin much! i have noticed CM over last few days not much but bit...

i just dont know what think do these sound like signs and it would be far to early for it to show positive wouldnt it

Far too early for your body to even recognize if a baby is there. At 4dpo the egg is still traveling down the fallopian tubes....won't even implant for another 2-4 days and even then it takes a few days for the body to realize something is going on.
Sorry to be a downer but it sounds just coincidental and not a sign of anything, either way.
