Forgot my progesterone!! Aghhhh!!

Saturday mornings pessary probably didn't stay in long enough. Didn't think much of it until I started spotting bright red yesterday and then I realised I'd forgotten my dose on Friday night!!
Took a pessary straight away and another before bed and it's stopped now. Phew! Need to sellotape the box to my forehead or something, so forgetful at the moment!!

Oh no!! Really glad it's stopped now. Can you put alarms on your phone?? I can't remember anything either & my phone goes off four times a day so I remember my meds lol

Hugs hun I'm really forgetful too and even when I set alarms to take my tablets I forget lol x

So far I've been alright and I am pretty useless! I'm using progesterone morning and night and left the house for work one day then realised I'd forgot. I went home!
