Formula change effects on poop

Well i changed from SMA last night to Aptimal cos stupid co-op had none and everywhere else was shut! HV said i should change if he's still not setteling at night in a couple of weeks.

He's pooped twice today, he normally goes once every 1/2 days. Is this normal or was once a day normal?

He's not straining like he was, he's 'following through' sorry!!!!!

my little man went though a stage of "following though" for a while on aptimal and sometimes his a little constipated sometimes he poo's anything up to 3times a day sometimes not for 1/2days lol

Mine was the same when we changed him over to aptimel, hes been on it a couple of weeks now and only goes once every 2 days sometimes once a day, but not overly worried as when he does go its not constipation its like 'following through' lol. But its much better than SMA as he was screaming and struggling trying to push it out really bad constipation and having these little nugget things, which he hasn't had on aptimel. HV recommended giving him one of the cartons a day, maybe at night to push it through the system, as for some reason it does with the cartons. He was a bit sicky on SMA, and still is a bit on Aptimel tho, but I think he's just a sicky baby x
