formula feeding boob question!

for all those ladies who have ff from more or less straight after birth, after your milk went back, have any of you experienced painful boobs when it's not that time of the month?

I'm defo not pg again but keep getting dull aching pains in both boobs but not usually in both at same time. have checked for lumps and bumps and nothing there

I still got the occasionally ache-y and stabby pains in my boobs long after my milk went, and the occasional burning and tingly feelings in my nipples as well. My mom said she had the same thing so I guess it's normal? I've found warm compresses really help when they hurt!

Yup, I get this too hun, think it's normal!

I BF for 6 weeks but i still get this now a year on i also still leak from time to time. All normal according to my doctor. x

oh good thanks ladies! I was starting to get worried about it. this week's been ok so think it's def linked to my cycle and I'm back on the pill too so this might be adding to the symptoms too
