Hannah's teeth have really been bothering her lately and it seems as though the sucking motion on the bottles makes her gums hurt. She's only eating a few ounces before screaming in pain. So today I ended up putting part of her bottle in a sippy cup (one without the suction thingy so she didn't have to suck to get formula out). She seemed to take okay to it, although it was quite a lot messier than a bottle. Any one else had to resort to this? And were you able to still use bottles during/after?? I'd hate to try giving a sippy cup in the middle of the night

Hi. Not quite the same situation as you but my husband has always given Poppy a breastmilk bottle feed before bed but for the last couple of weeks she has refused it. He loves feeding her though, so we are going to try a doidy cup soon to see if that works. Am sure it'll be messy though like you say!

very messy! but at least I'm getting some formula down her
