Formula preperation

After researching a mountain of conflicting advice am I right ?

We are heating our bottles in a warmer to 70oc (?) adding formula, allowing to cool and feeding (for trips we take a flask and add formula when required)

Is this correct?

You could do that - it would work!

How long does the bottle warmer take to heat the bottle? And to cool it too? Is it quick enough if you have a baby screaming to be fed?
