Formula tubs...

this might not be in the right section but i was just wondering if any of you keep the formula tubs for anything?

LO has c&G and we use a tub a week, everytime i finish one and throw it out i feel so wasteful! lol i know it sounds silly but they are so sturdy i was thinking of painting some and using them for some kind of storage boxes for LO's bits n bobs. i was just wondering if anyone else kept some and found another use for them?


p.s we dont have any recycling facility like most of uk do, so no lectures on how i should just recycle them please!

hi i just throw mine out never really thought about recycling tbh but i think the storage box idea sounds good i might give that a go actually

I'm thinking of using mine to keep things like flour and rice in! I think they'd stack in my cupboards better than loads of bags do!
