Forum Jump 'button'

I've just replied to new BnB website and was advised to maybe post in here.

Anyone else experiencing problems when clicking on the 'forum jump' button?

Rather than it coming up with the view of the forum areas, it just comes up with a 1cmx1cm square of it?

I've tried numerous times (and again when advised to try thread in here) but its still doing the same.

Is it something to do with the forum, or my computer perhaps??
