found out what caused my orange discharge

it was as suspected - Pregnacare !

2 days after i swapped from pregnacare plus (with omega) to standard pregnacare . . i started getting bright yellow discharge .

the discharge got darker and went bright orange . eventually it went almost brown .
i noticed my poo was orange too . like every meal i had contained tomato .

i swapped after two weeks to lloyds own mum to be tablets . several days later the discharge went .

i have changed nothing else in my diet .

i had read people having orange wee from these but not oramge discharge . i was terrifief i had an infection or was loosing the baby . im so glad its gone .

i hope this saves other people the same stress i had

hmm strange im on pregnacare original have been for around 3 weeks now and not had any issues off it apart from feeling sick not long after i take it. but the prenatals i was taking for my last pregnancy also made me feel sick so i didnt hold it against pregnacare

im taking pregnacare plus and altho my disch hasnt changed - after the loo when i wipe its always YELLOW!!!! instead of clear lol (sorry if tmi) so yer cud be something in this theory! Thanks x

I take Prenavite prenatals and it turns my urine yellow and so I would so see yellow discharge. It's just from the vitamins. Nothing to be alarmed

Oh my thankyou for posting this!! Ive been having yellowy/orange discharge for about a week now (quite abit of it), and i was freaking out incase it was a m/c sign. Ive seen baby on a scan so i know everything is ok but the orange cm was a big worry. Im taking the pregnicare dual pack - im glad thats the cause!

yeah i had my swab result today and all clear... the midwife even commented when she took the swab " Oh dear there is a lot of dark orange discharge up here" I feared the worse... but ALL CLEAR! The only reasonable explanation was the pregnacare!

Oh me too!!! I was wondering why it was happening. Just thought I hadn't stopped weeing properly every time!! Thank you this post has made me feel better xx

my prenate dha causes my pee to be a weird color, midwife said it's nothing to be concerned about. crazy prenatals!!
