freaking out....boobs

Iv just noticed that on my left boob theres a bit that there is a hard bit not a lump tho.

It wasnt there the other day when I did a 'check' so hasnt been there long.

Its about 2 inches long and goes across the top and down to the nipple (TMI ) does it sound normal? X

Not really sure what it is but sounds most like something to do with your milk coming in maybe, can make your boobs feel very firm in some places. Pop to your doctors sure they will put your mind at rest or maybe give it a couple of days and see if it goes xxx

Possibly your glands and milky bits? If its smooth its more likely to be a cycst but if it feels lumpy and uneven (like a cauliflower head eww) its a milk gland. Or so I've been told x
