I'm freaking out here. Been feeling so tired/exhausted/light headed for about 2 weeks now (after feeling really good)
Been at docs getting bloods done for thyroid/iron levels etc, so will get results on Wednesday. But the first question he asked was could I be pregnant- I said no.
Now we've only had sex about 3 times since birth and one of those times the condom slid back and seamen did come out and go inside.
I'm exclusively breastfeeding, so I know the chances are very slim but not none!!
Now I feel a bit crampy!
Obviously I will take a test over next few days when I get one.
Just starting to freak out now

Its definitely a possibility! I'd test asap.

X

Take a test, you're more fertile immediately after birth and breastfeeding isn't an effective birth control since you'll always be fertile again before your first AF.

Hope you get the result you want x

It's definitely possible, and I've realised today that I could be in the same position. I've had twinges in my lower abdomen and a bit of a heavy feeling down below. I was thinking about how I'd describe it if I decide to get checked by a doctor and know they'd probably ask if I could be pregnant. My instant thought was "no", because I'm breastfeeding and AF didn't return until I pretty much stopped with my boys, then I remembered that we weren't as careful as we should have been a few weeks a go and DD sleeps so much better than my boys did so an earlier return of fertility is very possible

My 3 kids are incredibly close in age to yours. I hope we're not in sync again for a fourth!

Your baby is 3 months old so your hormones are at their lowest point right now. Postpartum hairloss may hit and it takes about 3 months to regulate to some degree. ;)

In pregnancy excess hormones can build up and lead to increased symptoms after. Sometimes this does not regulate on it's own (too much for the body to detox) and results in hormonal imbalances after child birth.
In that case supplements like DIM, milk thistle, vitex, burdock root can help. 2012 I took them and my hormones were the best every after. I could have not even told I was on my period cause I had literally no symptoms of a period and I have been practically zit free ever since. They should be take for at least 3 months, better 6. If needed they can also be continued longer (some women have a chronic issue)

Im a tad worried myself. My DH and I haven't had sex in months! Because of pregnancy complications etc. We dtd the other night and obviously used pullout method but I'm bricking it. I hope to GOD we were as safe as possible because if there would be another pregnancy now I would literally die. So I'm on my knees praying every night lol. My dd is 8 weeks old and I'm still recovering from the csection from hell. No period yet spotting stopped last week. Pullout did fail us with our second but we tried to be as safe as possible this time. DH is going for vasectomy in 3 weeks! Arghhh
