I found this last month and couldn't find it again until now! This is a link to the actual lab report done on FRER (FR6DS) which is what was used to FRER to market their percentages on their boxes. Please note that the "LH" in their chart on page 6 could be replaced by "O" whereas LH+8 could be read as 8DPO.
Also note that 6 days sooner than the day of your expected period is counting back from one day PASSED your period date. Additionally, this study assumed a 14 day lp.
