She finds out on Thursday what she is having and has asked me to post in here (she has never heard of the nub/skull theory and is interested to see if anyone will get it right!

Hello! I'm guessing it's a girl. I'm not sure if I see the nub but the lines I do see are parallel to the spine. I don't believe in skull theory so can't help you there.
