Fruit Soup

I've never made it, but when our Swedish friends came to stay a few years ago they brought dozens of packets over for us. It's a bit like fruit tea, but stronger and with small bits of fruit in.

I made some and it was yummy. Lol.

Orange base with cornflour to make it thick, a cinnamon stick and a few cloves. Then pieces of banana, grape and strawberry with it.

Delicious.

Its really popular over here, made with berries and thickened with potato flour. Never actually made it myself but the basic recipe would be berries and sugar and water boiled up then taken off the hob, mix in a couple spoons of potato flour (mixed in cold water first so it doesn't go lumpy) then back on the hob for a minute or so then its ready. My grandad's lady friend would make it constantly and give it to us to drink instead of juice!
