Frustrated

I don't think I ovulated this month. I never got a positive OPK, and I didn't get any of my usual ovulation pains.

Is it normal not to ovulate every month??? Maybe I just missed my LH surge on the OPK, but I doubt it. Hopefully I'm wrong. Hopefully, I just missed the surge, and my body just didn't experience the ovulation pain this month for some reason.

I didn't let the lack of a positive OPK affect the BD-ing though - plenty of sex was had!

I don't really pay any attention to CM either - can't figure it all out, despite reading the other threads regarding it.

Fingers crossed for a BFP, but I really don't think this was our month - hopefully I'm just putting wayyyyyyyy too much dependence on OPK's and the ovulation pains.

Its very normal for a healthy woman to have the odd cycle with no ovulation. If its happening every cycle though then you should see your doctor.
He will probably get the progesterone blood test done to see if you are definately ovulation or not and go from there.

Thanks The doctor sent me for the progesterone test last month, which all came back fine - but I knew that it would do because I got a positive OPK and I had ovulation pains.

Maybe you're right - maybe I'm just one of those women who doesn't ovulate every single month.

Actually, thinking about it, I don't think I ovulated the month before last month - I wasn't using OPK's at that time so I can't go by that, but I remember that I didn't get my pains.

Maybe I only ovulate every other month???!

Hmmm.........that would be crappy.

- I am not sure if I have this month either......And you're right, it's frustrating.
I hope you get the O next month - perhaps you're going to O late this month....i'd test a little longer just to be sure...or plenty of BD!
