FSH and LH question

I was wondering what you ladies thought of these results... they were not done on CD 3, but on CD 70 and then I started my period 6 days later. I stopped BCP end of January, had a withdrawal bleed on Jan 26th and then had a normal period 34 days later on March 1st (+ OPK on Feb 14th) and then didn't have another period until May 16th. I am still awaiting another period, but it seems as though I go about 75 days between periods. The midwife I saw told me this was "perfectly normal" but referred me to a specialist to be sure.

Anyway, my FSH was 1.4 (normal for luteal phase is 1.5 - 9.1) and my LH was 8.4 (normal for luteal phase is 0.5 - 16.9) but the ratio is definitely not anywhere close to 1:1.... could this mean PCOS or is the test bogus since it wasn't done on day 3 and my periods are irregular due to the BCP and I should give it more time to regulate? I had a scan done right after the blood was drawn and my ovaries were normal.

it is possible to have the hormonal side without the cysts. TBH, the best bet is to get them redone on cd#3 if you possibly can.
