FTM and feeling uncomfortable. .

Feeling really uncomfortable today. Haven't been this uncomfortable before. I'm exactly 29 weeks and this is my first so have no previous experience to compare to. It's not pain or anything, more a heavy, pressure and uncomfortable feeling around my abdominal area. Dont like the idea of lying down in bed tonight.. Anyone know why this is (other than the obvious) And what I can do to relieve it?

I think it's just the obvious

You may be having a growth spurt, then after he's done your tummy will feel better again

I've felt like this for weeks now, it's grim!

Thank you...I didn't sleep well because of the discomfort. Had to prop myself up most of the night. Hey you're due 3 days after me! Hopefully our little ones will give us a wee break now and again.

LO woke up at 4.20am not feeling well so I took him in with us which made it so much worse
