full blood tests what should i expect???

Hi all,
I will cut the story short not to send you all to sleep

I have been pregnant 4 times in the past 18 months and have lost them all around the same time/day.

I have now been asked by my G.P to do a full investigation into this, the first thing i have to do is a full blood test...

but what i would like to know is what do they look for in the tests
