Funny feeling in my stomach

Hey ladies, I got my bfp last week, am 5 weeks 4 days. This is my third pregnancy. So, as the title says, i have been feeling odd in the stomach area, like i have an upset stomach, but i dont, it kind of feels bubbly..and makes weird churning noises...(sorry if this sounds totally nutty, lol) just wondering if anyone knows what this is. It doesnt hurt, not really cramping, just feels odd. My previous 2 pregnancys went smoothly, minimal symptons for them both, but this time i cant stop worrying!!

My stomach has been acting weird ever since I got my BFP. Some days it is unsettled and churning, and some days I am bloated, crampy, and constipated. I've had both diarrhea and constipation. I can only describe it as being mixed up... I am not eating anything different so I think it is just from the digestive/hormonal changes I've heard about!

Glad its not just me then i guess its another weird and wonderful pregnancy sympton, but musnt complain i have been blessed with 2 very easy pregnancys and this one, although early, is going fine too
