Furry tongues?

Does anyone else have the furry tongue? it drives me bonkers which sits at the back of my throat and makes me dry reach. I brush my teeth and I still have it.

It could be many things: thrush (typically painful), vitamin c deficiency, dehydration, etc...I would try drinking more water and go from there.
