Hiya
Just to update! I had my 12 week scan 8 weeks ago and had a very high NT reading on 8mm! We thought the worst and doctors weren't that positive. We then had a CVS done and all came back fine with no syndromes found...we also found out then that he was a little boy
At 16 weeks we had a scan to check heart and had a proper echo done all was fine and the NT was still slightly high but nothing compared to how it was.
I then had 20 week scan on Friday and everything was absolutely fine!! Nuchal fold is perfect size, baby is growing perfectly and Ive been returned back to normal midwife care (I had been put under consultant care)
So I can now get excited and but cute baby boy things
I just wanted to post for anyone going through the worry of a high NT that it can be ok and can turn out to be nothing! Just our little ones testing us!
