Tyrion is so kind. Dany is so hot. That sums it up for me.

Oh and Cersai is a bitch. I used to think she was hot, evil and powerful and now ages just a sore loser with no sense of humor. I hope Marg T poisons her.

And I missed shirtless Alfie!

So excited by last night's episode. My partner hates all fantasy cinema/TV/books so was lying on the couch rolling his eyes as I yelled things like, "STAB HIM, SAM! THAT'S WHAT THE DAGGER IS FOR!" and laughing at Tyrion and wondering why there wasn't more Jaime-time in the ep. Or any, for that matter.

And I love Olenna Tyrell. I'm sure it's been said before but to me she's the Dowager Countess of the series.

In fact, I like all the Tyrell women. Joffrey has no idea what he's in for with Margery. He's just a garden-variety psychopath who kills and tortures for the fun of it, whereas I think she'll prove to be just as ruthless as him, but more dangerous, because she's calculating about it.

Random question, but did Sam pick up the dagger when they were running away? I couldn't tell...
 
I don't know Bananaz, I didn't think he even let it go, did he? Just stabbed and then staggered backwards with it? Damn, now I'm disappointed I deleted the episode. But it'll probably replay on the channel later today, so maybe I'll check and get back to you. Okay, I am definitely too obsessive now.
 
DH and I both thought he dropped it. Didn't he stab him and back up, and then we saw the dagger sticking out of the white walkers shoulder? Gah I need to check again too. DH and I were both yelling 'pick up the dagger!!' as they were running away.

^^agree about marg. she hasn't quite figured out how to manipulate Cersei yet though! :haha:
 
Yeah I thought I remembered him letting go of it and then staring at it but maybe not, or maybe he picked it up and I didn't see. It would be pretty dumb to just leave it there! Yes, I am letting this silly detail bother me :blush:
 
He stabbed the dude and when he exploded the dagger fell and he didn't pick it up. I know this because I yelled "WHY THE FUCK WOULDN'T YOU TAKE IT?????"
 
Haha me too, I was shouting at the laptop like "Pick up the bloody dagger!". Hopefully he miraculously has it when we see him again.

I really felt for Tyrion and Sansa in that ep.
 
Ugh Joffrey! Someone kill him already. I feel like there's a little foreshadowing going on with Stannis dropping those leaches in the fire and calling them Robb Stark, Balon Greyjoy and Joffrey Boratheon.

Honestly, I forgot that Balon was even in the game since he hasn't been featured recently. Whatever, he is the WORST FATHER EVER. His son is locked up in a dungeon being tortured and he's not even looking for him. I'd like to see Yara again though, she's my girl.

I mean couldn't she just of said "er do you mind giving me some blood to throw into my fire?" why did she torture the poor boy and sexually frustrate him!
 
Ha I was so freaked out by the white walker I didn't even notice the bloody dagger and if he'd picked it up or not. I was all like "not the baby, not the BABY!" Tense.

Thought Sansa and Tyrion were brilliant in it - it was so well done, made my heart break for poor romanticist Sansa.

The Stannis storyline is getting interesting - was getting a little tired of that and endless chat about the Lord of Light.

And p.s. please can I have Dany's body? Think I'd get up naked out of the bath in front of total strangers all the time too if I did.

Haha, that squirrel picture just reminded me of a dream I had last night! I dreampt I went in to a second hand clothes shop and found a red velvet cape with a hood, I put it on and was like "For the night is dark and full of terrors!"

Yup....I spend too much of my time centred around game of thrones... :rofl:
