I have recently joined the GD group
and have been checking my sugar levels a few times a day after meals and first thing in the morning. So far I have managed to keep the levels within the range I was told but I have noticed that my highest reading (although still in the range) is after breakfast. Did this happen to anyone else? and can anyone suggest ideas for breakfast that helped keep the levels down?
Normaly I have an egg, som green gev and one slice of brown bread. I have ea without milk so really not much carbs or sugar in my breakfast yet the resoult is still slightly on the high side...
